How does the Mass Sports Personalization process work?
Step 1 – Paper Pattern Process
We start by making a paper pattern. This works like a map or blueprint that shows the correct size and design for the suit.
Step 2 – Leather Hunt According to Suit Colors
Next, we carefully select the best quality leather in the right colors to match the custom design of the suit.
Step 3 – Leather Cutting Process
The chosen leather is cut into pieces according to the pattern. Each cut must be accurate so the suit comes together perfectly.
Step 4 – Logos Digital Print & Screen Print Process
Logos, names, and special designs are added using digital print or screen printing. This gives the suit its unique look.
Step 5 – All Details Recheck
Before stitching begins, we double-check every detail—measurements, cut pieces, and printed logos—to make sure everything is correct.
Step 6 – Suit Stitching Process
Skilled craftsmen stitch all the leather pieces together. Strong stitching ensures safety, comfort, and a professional finish.
Step 7 – Suit Cleaning & Inserting All Protectors
Once stitched, the suit is cleaned and all safety protectors are added in the shoulders, elbows, knees, and other key areas.
Step 8 – Final Inspection
A full quality check is done to make sure stitching, protectors, and designs are perfect before shipping.
